1. About these General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders and purchases made through the Minjuan Rong online Boutique. In the context of purchases made through the Minjuan Rong online may communicate with you electronically by e-mail or other electronic messages. By using the principle of online offers, you accept that all declarations, notices, information and other communications will be sent to you electronically, unless otherwise required by law. You agree that any exchange made electronically under these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall have the same evidential value as exchanges made by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt. In the event of a dispute, the document stored in our computer system shall prevail. The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be subject to modification. The date of entry into force of the applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale is indicated on the Minjuan Rong online. Any modification of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale will only apply to orders placed after this date of entry into force.
Prior to any order, you must actively accept the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2. Your personal account
You must create a user account (personal user identification or user name). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for restricting access to it; transactions and purchases made through your account are deemed to have been made by you. If you become aware of any misappropriation or unauthorized use of your password, please notify us immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.
3. Order
In order to purchase Products, you must :
complete the ordering process, including acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and of the Minjuan Rong online store personal data charter;
provide your name and address, telephone number, e-mail address, payment details and any other required information;
provide a valid delivery address; and
be the holder or authorized holder of a valid debit/credit card in the event of payment by this method;
be the holder of a valid PayPal account in the event of payment by this method.

You agree that your order(s) constitutes an offer to purchase the Product(s) listed in your order under these Terms and Conditions. Each Product order is deemed to constitute a separate sale. All orders are subject to confirmation by Minjuan Rong, which may not be refused except on legitimate grounds (including, in particular, a possible fraudulent order).
Before confirming your order(s), you will be able to review your order(s), then will be required to read and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, check the total price of your order(s) and other information provided by you and, if necessary, correct any input errors.
4. Order processing and contract conclusion
Once you have confirmed your order in the Minjuan Rong online , Minjuan Rong will send an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided to acknowledge receipt of your order(s), giving details of the Product(s) ordered (Order Confirmation e-mail). This e-mail does not constitute acceptance of your order(s) - but only confirmation that Minjuan Rong has received it.
After Minjuan Rong has received your order(s) and has sent you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order, Minjuan Rong will check the availability of the Product(s) concerned. In practice, when you place an order, we are able to inform you immediately of product availability. However, due to possible multiple orders and logistical constraints, we cannot exclude that a given Product is unavailable at the time of your order. In this case, we will inform you of its unavailability and no charge will be made for the Product concerned.
The sale between you and Minjuan Rong is perfect from the moment Minjuan Rong has sent you an e-mail confirming the availability and shipment of the Product(s), in whole or in part (Shipment Confirmation e-mail).
Minjuan Rong does not keep an accessible history of the successive versions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale but will send you an e-mail containing the General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to each purchase within the Order Receipt Confirmation e-mail, which we invite you to keep.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to receipt of the Shipping Confirmation e-mail, by contacting Customer Service at the Minjuan Rong online boutique. Please also consult the Legal Information section.
5. Prices, shipping, delivery charges and taxes
Prices are indicated on the pages presenting/detailing each Product at the time you place your order, on the page requesting confirmation of your order, and in the e-mail confirming receipt of your order.
Product prices include VAT but exclude shipping and delivery costs.
Shipping and delivery costs, as well as the corresponding VAT, will be indicated before your order is confirmed, as well as in the order confirmation e-mail. Shipping costs depend on the place of delivery and the shipping method selected by you during the checkout process.
6. Payment
Payment must be made by one of the following methods, selected by you during the checkout process: VISA or MasterCard.
For credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), an "authorization" is required at checkout.
Accepted credit/debit cards are also listed at the bottom of the Minjuan Rong online store page. If Minjuan Rong does not receive the required authorization, Minjuan Rong reserves the right to cancel your order.
Payment for your purchase will be deemed to have been made using the credit card concerned once Minjuan Rong has sent you the Shipment Confirmation e-mail.
7. Delivery
Delivery generally takes place within 3 to 6 working days for standard delivery from the date of dispatch of the Order Confirmation e-mail, provided that your payment has been received before 3:00 p.m. on the same day as the order. This time is given as an estimate. In all cases, the delivery time may not exceed 30 working days from the date of dispatch of the e-mail confirming receipt of the order.
Minjuan Rong reserves the right to change the carrier responsible for delivering your order, in which case you will not be charged any additional costs. For Express Delivery, please select this delivery method. In all cases, the carrier's shipping costs will be passed on to you at no extra cost, and will be notified to you when you place your order.
Each delivery will be preceded by the sending by e-mail of the corresponding invoice. If you postpone delivery without legitimate reason or delay receipt of delivery after Minjuan Rong has indicated that it has attempted to deliver your order, or if you have provided a wrong delivery address preventing delivery, the package will be returned to LBG.
Minjuan Rong shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform the sale in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to war, acts of terrorism, strikes, national or local emergencies, transportation failures, power or utility failures, earthquakes or other natural disasters.
If the Products you have received do not correspond to those you ordered, or if your order is incomplete or damaged in transit, you must make any necessary reservations upon delivery.

8. Product availability
Minjuan Rong makes every effort to ensure that the Products you wish to order from the Minjuan Rong online are available.
If the Product you have ordered is unavailable, the sale between you and Minjuan Rong will NOT be formed in respect of the Product concerned and this Product will not be referred to in the Shipment Confirmation e-mail sent to you.
9. Product description
The characteristics of the Products are described in the Minjuan Rong online. Only this information is deemed to be valid for the Products. Do not rely on any other website (or any other source of information) concerning the Products; use the Minjuan Rong Online as your sole reference for the description of the Products you intend to purchase.
10. Transfer of risk
The transfer of risks relating to the Products occurs upon delivery of the Products.
11. Right of withdrawal, return and exchange
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, take physical possession of the items.

Post Code: 34116 . For customers in other countires, please send an e-mail to support@minjuanrong.com, informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
For customers located not in Turkey, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we have received the returned products, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the less expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than thirty days from the day on which we receive the returned products. We will make the refund using the same method of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any event, this refund will not incur any costs for you.
You remain responsible in the event of depreciation of the articles resulting from handling other than that necessary to ensure you of the nature, characteristics and good working order of the said articles.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items custom-made to your specifications or clearly adapted to your personal needs.
Without prejudice to your right of withdrawal, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from Minjuan Rong online, you may return the items purchased within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you do not return the Product in accordance with the above, Minjuan ROng reserves the right to charge you for the costs incurred in organizing its return. Minjuan Rong also reserves the right to claim compensation for Products returned in used or damaged condition.
Once your returned items have been received and accepted by Minjuan Rong, Minjuan Rong will confirm receipt by email. The refund will then be processed and confirmed by e-mail. Reimbursement will normally be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the aforementioned e-mail.
12. Warranties and statutory rights
You have statutory warranties in accordance with the following provisions:
The seller is obliged to deliver goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for any defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery. He is also liable for defects in conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation when the latter has been made his responsibility by the contract or has been carried out under his responsibility.
To conform to the contract, the goods must :
1° Be fit for the purpose normally expected of similar goods and, where applicable :
correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that the seller presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;
have the qualities that a purchaser may legitimately expect, having regard to public statements made by the seller, the producer or his representative, particularly in advertising or labelling;
2° Or present the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties, or be suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the attention of the seller and accepted by the latter.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the buyer may choose between repair and replacement.
However, the seller may not proceed according to the buyer's choice if this choice entails a cost that is manifestly disproportionate to the other option, given the value of the good or the importance of the defect. In this case, he is obliged to proceed, unless this is impossible, according to the method not chosen by the buyer.
If repair and replacement of the goods are impossible, the buyer may return the goods and have the price refunded, or keep the goods and have part of the price refunded.
The same option is also available:
If the solution requested, proposed or agreed in application of article L. 211-9 cannot be implemented within one month of the buyer's complaint;
Or if this solution cannot be implemented without major inconvenience for the buyer, given the nature of the goods and their intended use. However, the sale may not be cancelled if the lack of conformity is minor.
Any action resulting from a lack of conformity must be brought within two years of delivery of the goods.
The seller is liable for any hidden defects in the item sold which render it unsuitable for its intended use, or which impair this use to such an extent that the buyer would not have purchased it, or would have paid a lower price for it, had he been aware of them.
The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years of the discovery of the defect.
Please keep your order confirmation/invoice for the Products, or pass it on to the recipient of your purchases to whom you may have given them, as proof of purchase enabling the warranties to be invoked.
13. Independence of clauses
If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable from these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The unlawful, invalid or, for any reason whatsoever, unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision which is as close as possible to the unlawful, invalid or, for any reason whatsoever, unenforceable provision in terms of its general scheme.

15. Applicable law and settlement of disputes
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and any sale of Products by Minjuan Rong through the Minjuan Rong online are governed by Turkish or Chinese law.
In the event of dispute or litigation, you have the possibility of resorting to a mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
16. Language
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale have been drawn up in English Turkish and Chinese. In the event of ambiguity, the Turkish version shall prevail.
