Orders and Payment

Can I change my order? 

If your order has shipped, you can't change your order. If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can change your order by contacting us.

Can I cancel my order? 

You can cancel your order if it hasn't shipped. If the order has shipped, we're unable to make any changes to it at that time. You can simply refuse the package upon delivery. Once we receive the returned product, we will automatically refund you.

What payment methods do you accept? 

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card. We additionnaly offer support for: Paypal. You can chose these payment methods at checkout.

Shipping

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Do you offer express shipping ?

We offer a variety of Express shipping methods such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS. Please select your express shipping methods and leave your telephone number during check-out.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Package will be shipped in 2-3days of purchase. Except Weekends and public holidays.

We are working very hard to catch best shipping options for you.

Turkey with Standard Shipping : 2-4 working days

Other Countries with Standard Shipping : 7-12 working days

Other Countries with Express Shippings : 2-4 working days

Please remember that package can take longer when there are delays in customs, bad weather or delays due to the busy Christmas season.

I still haven't received my items, what can I do ?

Please note that we ship standard shipping packages with the fastest ones. Our team everytime check for the best and fastest standard shipping options.If your package doesn’t arrive in expected time, please wait few more days. And please don’t worry; if your package get lost, we can always refund your money or resend the package.

Returns and Refunds

Do you accept returns? 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at minjuanrong@gmail.com. For returns from abroad, you are responsible for the return postage. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Lost and damaged parcels ?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If a parcel gets lost , we will resend it. If one or two items are damaged, I will gladly refund or send along with your next order. Should the whole parcel be damaged, I will gladly resend.

Exchanges ?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How do I get my money back?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at minjuanrong@gmail.com.

This refund excludes the initial delivery charge.

We base the refund on the amount paid, not the product price (if promotional codes are applied).

General

Our General FAQ section provides comprehensive answers to common inquiries covering various aspects, such as warranty, test reports and health. Get the information you need to make informed decisions and have a seamless experience with our products.

Are the products under warranty?

Our jewelry, watches and leather goods are guaranteed for 6 months from the date of order if they are used under normal conditions.

The replacement of batteries and watch glass are not covered by the warranty, as they are part of the normal wear and tear of the product.

For sunglasses and ready-to-wear, you have 10 days to contact us after receipt, if you notice a defect on the product.

In the event of abnormal deterioration after these 10 days, do not hesitate to contact our customer service department to explain the problem.

Are your all accessories hypoallergenic ?

Yes they are all hypoallergenic and also all the items that we sell in our shop are nickel lead and cadmium free.

Do you have test reports of the items that you sell?

Yes, we have REACH test reports.

If you see a model on our page that you feel is a copy of your design, please convo us and we will work with you to remove the model - not just from our shop - but from the supply source as well.
